Header Aligned in Every Browser EXCEPT Chrome

Hi everyone,

I’m building a blog for my website and I have it looking great in every browser except Chrome. What’s odd, is that the front page looks fine, but when you go to a single post or page, the top is crooked. Here’s the blog:

Any idea or fix that would resolve this?

It would be better to put that top image as a background image on the #top div, rather than in the HTML. Then it will be consistent with the rest of the page.
