Hi, I’m having trouble finding the rules of sitepoint so I can be knowledgeable enough about the do’s and don’ts on this forum site. I also wanted to know about the rules on signature and stuffs. Thanks!

But there is a no way how to edit signatures
You’re not supposed to have signatures because IMO, signatures can be used to spam forums. So really, you could have irrelevant signatures that have nothing to do with the category or even the forum or subject. This in turn would be considered spam.
Given that the rule you’ve just quoted says
No signatures.
why would you then expect to find a way to edit them?
SitePoint forum does not allow the use of signatures.
There is no facility to add one automatically to posts, and as the FAQs make clear, adding one manually will result in a ban.

So, there is no signature features but you can paste a link? For example, I have a blogsite and I want to promote it, can I post it to every post I make? Is that permitted? Cause’ I saw some profiles here that can attach their business website, mostly those website design companies.
You’re referring to putting it on your profile. That’s possible and within the terms. If you are referring to placing links on every post, then that will get you ban for sure.

We don’t allow self promotion here, that is not the purpose of the forums.

There is provision for one link in the profile, in the box marked “Web Site”, which I notice you have already populated with a link.
Links and promotional text in the “About Me” section are not allowed and will be removed.
No, you cannot do that. The links and possibly the posts (dependant on merit) will be deleted. Do this more than once, you will be deleted! 
The bottom line is that the forums are not the place for advertising and self promotion, if that is your reason for being here, you are in the wrong place. All outgoing links are marked as nofollow and we have a strict zero tolerance policy on spam.
Spammers may be warned, infracted or banned at our discretion.
