Having trouble installing and setting up my own web server using Kevin Yanks guide

I had issues installing Apache, MySQL, and PHP separately so I used the All-in-one Installation with WAMP. The test page “today.php” is processed correctly, but I am unable to open mysqladmin.exe to change the root password and commands do not work in mysql.exe.

If I left out any important info just let me know. Thanks.

localhost/phpMyAdmin and localhost are now forbidden along with today.php

I followed every step of his instructions, but in trying to figure it out I think I’ve made it worse…
