Having issues logging into WP back admin

This is the occurring and I have not done one thing to alter the code as far as logging in - I changed the password but nothing else.
Also the email password reset is not working as well.

What’s the fix?

Looks like your theme is causing some issues. Can you post the relavent code from your functions.php file?

Clear your cache, try again if you haven’t applied any updates, new plugins or installed/activated a new theme that you haven’t used before… But yes, if you’ve recently applied a new theme we would need to see the code from your functions.php file (in the active theme directory)
