Been doing alright with the stock market. I’d like to reinvest some of my profits in more “risky” instruments. CFDs got my attention.

There’s this one thing I don’t really understand: what happens at the end of the day? P/L are updated on an everyday basis? How does it work?

What has the LIBOR to do in the process of calculating CFDs? Don’t get that either.
