H1 & H2 tags and no followlinks

Hi all

How important are H1 & H2 tags to a web page and what information should be put next to the tags?
Also ive been advised that on my website i should have “no follow” rules from the home page to the terms and conditions page as im leaking page rank to the T&Cs page.
Is this right?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, H1 & H2 & etc are proper tags for html, you should use it to structure your page content, usually there should be only one H1 tag per page, but can have several H2, even more H3, etc.

As for no follow related to pagerank sculpting this is obsolete, don’t bother about it.
