Grant access to all tables in mysql

I am trying to get access to a table NOT via localhost, but rather over my LAN.
I have defined a user called fiji and given the user access via

grant all privileges on harrington to fiji@‘%’ identified by ‘…’ with grant option;
flush privileges;

I then query the user table in the mysql database and I find the following:
ubuntu root Y Y Y Y Y Y …
localhost root Y Y Y Y Y Y …
localhost debian-sys-maint Y Y Y Y Y …
127.0.0.1 root Y Y Y Y Y Y …
% fiji N N N N N N N …

All the Y are for select_priv, update_priv, etc. You can see that all my other users have all privileges, but fiji doesn’t. I can connect to the database over the LAN but I can’t access any tables. I thought grant all privileges would do the trick, but apparently I’m missing something.

Thanks,
Ilan

I found the answer. The command needs to be

grant all privileges on harrington.* to fiji@‘%’ identified by ‘…’ with grant option;

with the * after harrington. The * tells it to apply to all tables.
