I want to find .edu url’s with ~ symbol in url.

I am trying the following query but it yeilds undesired results. can any1 point me in right direction

inurl:.edu inurl:~

I don’t believe that is possible.

Few months back the same query worked for me returning url’s with ~ in them. Now it is not working
