Today I got the shocking email from webmaster forums about my site quality …

Appreciate any body’s help in identifying the issue with the site…I have recently bought this site and start building content…

As a general start point I would say that your site doesn’t exist. Clicking the link just came up with an error about rails. From a basic standpoint provide more info on your site… are you using a template for a start?

Have you looked at the Webmaster Guidelines to establish where your problem lies?

Does that mean there was content on the site before you bought it? If you think that the problem may be because of what was previously done with the site, and you’re confident that your site is within Google’s guidelines, then you can contact Google. Explain that you have bought the site and changed the content, and ask them to reconsider it.
