Hello there, I’m trying to get this code:

working with coldfusionbuilder on my coldfusion 9 local server to test the functionality to see if it might be worth implementing on my website.
I cannot seem to get it working.
I’ve got a cfm page with the form code in it, and a cfm page with all the rest, and it is named the name listed in the code. However when I type and press enter it goes to the ‘action page’ and nothing is shown except for "please enter search terms’
Any thoughts? Help? It seems like a simple code that can do what I want, I’m just having trouble.
