I’m not sure what you mean. If you click the link “5 Google reviews” you’ll get a popout that will show the latter type of list of reviews.

Both pictures are from two different businesses. At present my business reviews are showing like the first picture. But i want them to be appear same as second picture.
I don’t want to click on “5 Google Reviews” . I want it simple as mentioned in 2nd picture. Is this possible?
My guess - and it is only that - is that if you have more than 3 reviews you get the first picture; if there are 3 or fewer you get the second.
No, I don’t think so. Because i have seen many business with more than 5 reviews. (2nd picture)
