Google font wont render in Safari

Hi all,

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, I could not really decide where to put it.
Anyways, as from my critique I received in the website critique forum yesterday, to do with my use of lucida handwriting, I found a nice font in google fonts, the only snag is it wont render in safari 5.0.5 or google chrome bizarley (Im running Windows 7 if thats any additional help to anyone),
Is there anything I can do to make Safari and Chrome render the font, or should I just go for another font entirely ? (The font does render in opera/firefox and IE 9)
My domain is BFdesigns | Freelance Website Designer | Bromsgrove Worcestershire

Thanks all

On my Linux machine it renders fine in Chromium and Epiphany (WebKit-based) and Firefox.

Thanks for the reply Technobear

Ive actually scraped google fonts now and found the same font on font squirrel so uploaded the font that way, and it now works across all browsers

That’s interesting that the Google font didn’t work for you, but the same font from FontSquirrel did. Wonder why?
