You should use the word discussions in your title, description and maybe your headings, to start with

I don’t know it your answer right. Title have already “Forum”. Exp. Blog have tags (ping) to tell this page is blog, other content (video, image) sitemap etc…
But you want Google to see your forum as a discussion forum right? So use that word in the tags, I mentioned before. Or do I completely misunderstand you?
