To be accepted you need some kind of website set-up to display informative content. This could be a blog, a HubPage, or a typical website it doesn’t really matter, as long as it contains original well written content.
Many people have been rejected for submitting extremely poor sites to Google. It seems that Google do have some standards, though they’re not often very high.
Also they check one or two bits of the personal information that you gave them . For instance you’ll need a valid home address (cos they send a pin to the address which you must verify) and a valid bank account (which they also check).
Basically if you’re honest about who you are, you’ll get through the verification process.
