Google Ad Manager will be retired as a product within a few weeks as it’s rolled into DFP Small Business.

AdManager, now Doubleclick for Publishers, like any robust software has a learning curve. No, you’re not going to be able to log in and understand it immediately but if you stay with it, you’ll find it to be a good product.
