Good script to load only view port in mobile

Hi,

I’d like to find a script like a “load more” button but not exactly like a “load more” but load the rest of the page.

Here’s what I would like to do, Only load the viewport area then have a button when clicked loads the rest of the page by ajax,

Anyone know where I can find something like that?
