Good GUI to Run on Linux Server for FFMpeg

I’m looking for a good GUI to use with FFMpeg. Actually, I am considering getting a dedicated server for the sole purpose of compressing videos.

I do all the compressions myself right now (with multiple formats including flv and mp4), but I’m thinking about doing HTML5 capable formats too.

I was hoping their was a GUI that would allow me to Crop/Trim a video, and have a template for bitrates on each compression type, with ffmpeg creating up to five different video formats (or compressions) of a single video edited.

Is there a GUI that allows for this? Is there a tutorial page on how to get FFMPEG running on a dedicated linux server?

Transferring this duty from my computer to a server would be awesome, so any help would be appreciated.

If you convert to an h.264 mp4, using baseline profile, you don’t really need any other format as it can be played back by flash/html5/ios devices.
