getURL within a movieclip

Hi.
I have a question - (which I am sure has a simple answer) regarding the getURL function.

I basically am trying to add nested links within a movieclip, but they do not seem to be working.

I am wondering if it is because of the rollover function on the main movieclip? Can anyone please explain to me what I am doing wrong?

Sounds like you have a button within a button.
Why can’t you add it to the main clip that has the rollOver?
