Is anyone out there in UK who has been taken to court by getty for copyright infringement where the end user didn’t know that the image/s was/were taken without copyright? If so, how did they follow up from the first letter demanding thousands of pounds? Are they still charging Irish VAT ? Has anyone reported them to Trading Standards recently?
Only so far as they relate to UK law. Has anyone actually been taken to court by Getty in the UK. I am interested in actual cases getting to the steps of the court. If yes, what was the outcome?
