I haven’t been in the whole web design game for like 15 years but back in again now. Can someone tell me who the players are in the social media management space? For example, I know Hoot Suite is big but are they the best? Are there open source tools out there that are better. If someone could give me a quick brief on this to steer me in the right direction I’d appreciate it.
