What is the procedure to get site links on search engines like google, yahoo and msn ?

It’s all done automatically. If you have a good quality, popular site, Google will try to set up site links. Sometimes it makes a good job of it, sometimes it doesn’t. You can help it by making sure your navigation is well set up, so that if it does try to make site links, it has a better chance of getting them right.

Do you two have any idea what SiteLinks even are? You are both wrong. Backlinks have NOTHING to do if you get SiteLinks or not. Did you even read the sticky thread linked to above?

You can’t, its done by an algorithm and there is nothing you can do to get them

it depends on link popularity of your site pages… try to gather more quality and relevant links… it helps…
