SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 3554 Access to system table ‘mysql.innodb_index_stats’ is rejected

I get this error and tried many things.

Is there someone familiar with it?

This is the command that I am trying to execute: ./vendor/bin/sail artisan migrate:fresh --seed

What user are you attempting to execute the command as?

I am trying to run a Github project that uses laravel.

I have tried as a simple user and also as root (using sudo), if you refer to this.
