There are three freehosts for .net(ASP.net) you can find on the web:

Note all of them offer very limited resources you can use on a free server, I’d only recommend them if you are developing a software or building some kind of test/trial version for your site.
One more – with a lot more bells / whistles – would be AWS’ free tier, you can get a t1 micro windows server now. Not sure how much good they are but they are better than shared hosting.
It’s setup similar to things like Heroku, so not your traditional hosting.
