FPDF Error

I installed a new SSL Cert on Friday and since then when I try to create a PDF using FPDF I get the following message:

fopen(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages: error:14090086:SSL routines:ssl3_get_server_certificate:certificate verify failed

Kills the program. Thanks

Problem solved. It had to do with the Starfield SSL. Once I switched that out to a LetsEncrypt all is fine.
