Forum posting account block?

Suppose you are not using your forum posting account for couple of months or a years.
Is that possible to blocked by a particular forum admin?
If yes, then how to unblocked it?

I think you need to provide a lot more context. Which forum software is being used? I imagine any forum software permits the ability to block a user, whether automated for inactivity or done manually, I’m sure it can be done.

What is “re blocked”, do you mean, how to unblock the user afterwards?

Are you asking about SitePoint forums? If so, accounts are never blocked simply because they’re dormant.

An account might be suspended because it is judged to have broken forum rules in one way or another. If that is the case, there will be a message on the account giving the reason. If the member believes a mistake has been made, they can contact the forum admin. (See the FAQs for contact information.)

Here, I’m talking about any forum posting site which is reputed.

Well, the rules will vary from forum to forum. You would need to check with a particular forum what rules it might apply to dormant accounts.
