i have a form with multiple text area set to utf 8.
When i submit the form error is there-
forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /abc.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I checked the code but everything seems fine… the database too!

What is abc.php - is it your form action URL, or something included within it?
