Foreach construct

I know nothing of php language and was hoping someone could help with the following issue assuming it only takes a few minutes to decipher. I am taking over a site from another developer. He has a contact form and built it so that if someone filled out the contact form more than once, it will not allow the information to be sent to the appropriate email address. I would like to get rid of that and allow the submitter to submit information more than once.

I believe I located the section that doesn’t allow this but don’t know how to fix it. Thoughts?

$message = "\
";
foreach ($_POST as $k => $v)
{
	if ($k != "x" && $k != "y")
	{
		$message .= "$k = $v
";
	}
}

No, that’s not it. That is just building a message containing everything in the $_POST array (the form data).

It’s excluding any keys named “x” or “y” as they contain the coordinates of a mouse click on a submit image, not information you need in the mail.
