Font matters in google search

Is there anybody to answer me that Google search will consider the font in the web page contents…

Could you please rephrase your question and make it easy to understand.

Google couldn’t care less what font you use.

It will check that you’re not hiding content by using foreground and background colours that are the same or very similar, but apart from that, the font styling you choose will have no effect on how Google thinks about your site.

Of course, if you go for fonts that are really ugly or difficult to read, you will find that other sites are reluctant to give you links, and that will impact on your search ranking.

as i m understanding, he is trying to ask about Actual Title Manner ( including title, url, description) for any websites , does its font size and style get any difference in google search…??

well if i answer this query , then , google least mind font size ans style, it can be in capital or small letter, but seems to be clear for viewer so that he might dont find any problem while reading any content.

Google doesn’t care about the font.

Otto, I may be reading your question too simply, but are you just asking which fonts are ‘websafe’? There’s a classic list, that you can read here CSS Web Safe Fonts

I know you can now embed other fonts, but don’t know how to do it (in fact if anyone could explain how it works, I’d be grateful!)

Annalou, that question is covered extensively in the Web Design forums. Do a search for font-family or, even easier, Font Squirrel.

I don’t know if it’s true or not because I never been in there but:
Google “search” will consider the font only in Trollsylvania.

Other than that, next time you’ll ask the same question in other forums
replace “search” with “algo” so people can to understand you better.

That’s because G. algo translates page into plain text and only then read it.
