You could search the word “ebook” on Twitter. You might find some god networks that way.

It will take you a bit of work, but it will let you see what people out there are saying about ebooks, and if you keep watching, those links will lead you to where the action is.
You could open up a fanpage on facebook as well, just getting people to join the page then when you have enough people then advertise it out. And yes twitter is a very good way.
Also make sure the ebooks you sell are good quality content. You want people coming back and inviting their friends
