FMS and public url

hi all

I have sucessfully installed FMS and able to get the broadcast and recievr using action script 2.0 and FMS 3.0.Now I have put this in my localhost and it works.I want to give acess my url to public.I mean any one can acess my application.I have given public url aceess to my localhost folder.

so my url also changes at that time.Now I am not able to connect with FMS .both broadcast and reciver using the “public enabled url” for eg: 123.145.67.81:3001
by default FMS port is 1935

can any one help me

any idea ? any settings need to be done in ini file
