I’m assuming a shared host with no access to the INFORMATION_SCHEMA tables, but your host should be providing you access to some of the data through your control panel, no?
That looks odd. Around a third of a gigabyte seems a rather arbitrary limit, and if the blue bar is close to being accurate it looks like the limit is ~6Gb.
Any chance you have a lot of database backups that aren’t getting cycled off and aren’t being displayed as usage but are being counted as usage?
I’m not seeing how a full public html would give a db connection error, but maybe?
As for “unlimited”, I don’t think it means the same to hosts as what it means to everyone else in the world. If you read the small print you’ll probably find something like “unlimited means within reasonable amounts” or some such nonsense.
Hello
Checked your screenshot.
All your files are okay except the error_log Just delete this file. As its showing usage of 34.33MB. You have download it before Delete for be in the safe side anyways.
And in your wordpress admin panel. check for the plugins option. Delete unwanted plugings.
Delete only those which are not in use.
You have obviously been in touch with your host as you said they said they would need to manually add disk. Can you get them to explain what the problem is given that you have unlimited disk quota? It certainly appears that you don’t have unlimited quota for public_html.
