Filter Area always opened by default in desktop

Hi, In my website shop page Filter area, it’s collapsed by default. i want it will opened by default in desktop version and in mobile it will remain collapsed.

Gonna be honest, couldnt be bothered to figure out which of the 30-odd click listeners attached to that accordion button was actually doing the work.
