Files behaving differently between local and server

i am using xampp to localy test my php files, wierdly enough the exact same group of files are behaving differently, the same copy is on my web server and the same is local.

on the server some background images arent loading.

and localy fonts are behaving differently

could there be any reason for this?

Could there be a reason for this? Probably, but I forgot my third eye in the laundry so my psychic abilities are hampered at the moment.

I shook my bag of rocks and it said there might be something called a http debugger that could see what things are actually doing that might give you an answer.
