Are you intested in file making or Filemaker? Because there are completely different things. Filemaker is a database with a graphic interface similar to Access. By the url you provide, it looks like you want the database. But although it is a well known database, I’m not sure that I can help you with this as it is not as widespread and I suspect that there are not that many places that can provide training, paid or not.
