Few sites, the same IP

I’m quite new in seo and I’ve just noticed that all my sites have the same IP number.:frowning:
How bad is it?
Does links between these sites have any value at all?
Can I get banned for these links somehow?

Thanks. I will try to move some of my site to another hosting operator which can offer different IP’s.

Do they give same effects on backlink?
Some people say they give less effect, so people prefer to get backlinks from different IP.

its not bad as long as they don’t have the same content… i practiced that one before…

So in your opinion there’s no point in fighting (spending extra money) on getting new IP for each of my domains?
OK. But how does it effect google? Doesn’t link from the same IP number site means nothing?

There are far more sites on the web than there are IP addresses for them to use and so lots of them have to share the same IP address. This will change once we move from IPv4 to IPv6 but until then there is nothing wrong with a few hundred sites sharing one IP.

Its a common problem in shared hosts and you should not worry about it. Its very common
