I am looking for an app that I can install into my existing website to use as a user feedback sysytem. The site is basically a classified ad listing service and what I want to be able to do is let buyers and sellers leave feedback for each other. I also want a way I can remove feedback if I deem it is hateful or something like that.
Does anyone know of an app that will do that? It doesn’t have to be php, but I need something.

i’ve never heard of any drop in feedback/rating systems that don’t double as a comments widget, and i’m not that confident it will work anyway.
If you have access to the user database, then why not add it internally? How can an external service know about your existing user base?
Just decide what you want to allow feedback on (eg. each advert), then allow the appropriate party to set a +1 or -1 feedback score.
You can easily generate statistics by querying against the feedback.
Seems really popular for blogs, websites, etc. I see it being used as a drop-in replacement for commenting systems and rarely see spam on Disqus-enabled sites.
Thank you for the suggestion, but what I really need is something that functions like the eBay feedback where users can post negative and positive feedback about buyers and sellers as well as generate stats.
