I’m trying to follow YouTube videos of Apknite for Facebook business manager, but my business manager looks different, especially the tools offered. I don’t have audience insights at all. When I look at my headings at the top they are: manage business, advertise, analyze and report, engage customers, sell products and services. There are only 19 subheading/tools instead of the 27 I see on videos.
Have you downloaded the app from official sources? Is the app updated to latest version? Kindly make sure you download and use app from authentic sources only.
