Facebook with the timezone or hours within GMT?
I have set 3 PM but it is CLOSED time even local time should be fine.

When you set a Facebook page it will an option to set open hours. When you set an open hour it will show up CLOSED. I’m not sure but I try to understand OPEN HOURS and I see a solution if Facebook takes London time for all Facebook pages. Maybe you have a link to better understand this problem.
