Facebook pages and modification in name

I try to move from XXX.community URL and modify name of page into XXX.forum as an URL.
Is this possible to manage or Facebook executes elimination of LIKES and FRIENDS for the existing page?

In other words I try to keep FRIENDS and LIKES even it is modified page name which acts as a Facebook URL.
