Executing a task when windows starts

Hello

I would delete all *.msf files contained in C:\Users\graziano\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\4vyfdyrt.default\Local Folders and subfolders
each time my Windows 7 starts , but only once every 7 days . How to do that ?

Let me if it’s correct please

I create a .bat file with this inside

del /s C:\Users\graziano\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\4vyfdyrt.default\Local Folders\*.msf

and I use the task scheduler to run it each week, is it correct ?
