What things can an Employer do to make you happy with your job?
Is it bonuses? Is it Lots of Communication? Is it Flexibility with Hours?
I am self-employed now. However, I think the best thing an employer can do that doesn’t cost a dime is Treat Employees with Respect.
motivation is right solution
Like Aretha Franklin once said “R-E-S-P-E-C-T”! But I also agree with motivation. Nothing motivates more than RESPECT and MONEY!
Motivation is good, but then question becomes how will an employer be able to motivate you? It’s not like they are able to force you to be motivated are they? 
much of freedom in my work makes me happier than any money bonuses…
