How do you take a video from any site and put it on your website please?
To ask about video from any site, is a very broad question, as there are a variety of ways that videos are hosted online, meaning the method would vary.
It also brings into the question issues of copyright. You will not legally have the right to embed content from any site, as much of it may be protected by copyright law.
In general, sites that allow anyone to embed their videos, such as Youtube, make it easy by having buttons for Share and Embed which will give you a code snippet you can just paste into your own html document. If a site is not offering this, or is making it hard for you to embed their videos, the chances are that they don’t want you to do it and you have no right to do so.
