Effect of this dynamic code on SEO

Hi all,

i am little worried with this dynamic code that has been generated by our dynamic site content using aspx. We have a backoffice for feeding data for a large portal. The text listed below is somewhat 400 lines of code generated in all the pages. Is this will have a effect on our portal that we have changed recently,I have redirected all the pages correctly but my main issue is this long lines of code. Will have a bad effect or not on the site seo.

This is standard .NET code elements that make up pages to operate in an IIS environment. It will not negatively affect your website from an SEO point of view.

.NET treats a page as a form, so that any action that takes place on it (like a link being clicked) can pass source page information to the destination page. This is over-simplifying it drastically (i’m no .NET expert).

Personally I hate .NET for that reason - Search Engines don’t like forms. Creating webpages that are effectively forms is a little risky.

Put it with my dislike of .NET webresource.aspx scripts…
