I recently made some accounts on edu links and left my link either on forum signatures or on profiles. I assume that my links haven’t been indexed by google or google is just not counting them. How to intimate google to count those links?
Well, this is something I’ve had a bit of experiecne with recently actually. Whilst my opinion might change with further experience I’d say two things:

If they were that easy to get they’re probably worthless, especially on new accounts.

How do you know Google isn’t seeing them GWT isn’t accurate.
There used to be a myth that links from .edu and .gov sites were more valuable than from TLDs. Google refuted that years ago, and pointed out that while they may have carried more weight, that was because .edu and .gov websites were typically higher-quality and more reputable than others, but nothing to do with the TLD at all.
Most links in forum signatures and profiles will be marked as “nofollow”, which means Google will ignore them.
