Edge Browser - Missing placeholders on inputs

Hi.

We are about launch beta, and we noticed that placeholders are missing on inputs, into new Microsoft Browser - Edge.

(This is how it looks on Edge)

<div class="row">

    <div class="col-sm-6 col-sm-offset-3">
        <div class="form-logo text-center">
            {{ HTML::image('img/darklogo-login.png') }}
        </div>
        {{ Form::open(array('route' => 'login.submit', 'method' => 'post')) }}
            <div class="mb30"></div>

            {{ Form::text('login-email', null, array('id' => 'login-email', 'class' => 'form-control uname', 'title' => 'email', 'placeholder' => 'Your email')) }}

            {{ Form::password('login-password', array('id' => 'login-password', 'class' => 'form-control pword', 'title' => 'password', 'placeholder' => 'Your password')) }}
            <p class="forgotpass small">
                <a href="{{route('reset.password')}}">Forgot Your Password ?</a>
            </p>
            <button class="btn btn-effect-ripple btn-primary btn-block">Sign In</button>

        {{ Form::close() }}
    </div><!-- col-sm-6  -->

</div><!-- row -->
*(HTML - don't pay attention on Laravel Stuff)*

(Inspected elements using Firefox / CSS)

I noticed this also.If you put input just after <body> it would normally show placeholder.Iā€™m confused a bit, please help.

Thank you :smile:

Could this be the problem?

::-webkit-input-placeholder { / WebKit browsers /
color: #777 !important;
opacity: 0.5 !important;
}
::-moz-placeholder { / Mozilla Firefox 19+ /
color: #777 !important;
opacity: 0.5 !important;
}
:-ms-input-placeholder { / Internet Explorer 10+ /
color: #777 !important;
opacity: 0.5;
}

I just removed this and it works awesome.
