I am searching for an easy to use newsletter service that i can easily import around 1000 of my current customers into, must be easy to use as i dont require many features and either free or limited time trial or reasonably priced with no setup fee. Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.
I have used Comm100 but the system is rather clunky to use.

A client uses Constant Contact and he seems very happy with. I have heard a lot about MailChimp on marketing podcasts so you may want to give that a look see as well. I believe both offer free trials.
We use Constant Contact. Its great. Easy to use and very nice custom templates. Dont use spam mail lists though. They are very strict on spam reports and deliverability of the mails. You will get banned for using bought email lists.
I’ll second Ted’s choices but also add icontact an Mailchimp to the mix.
The best advice I could give you is to 1) know what you want from your email service provider and 2) take advantage of the free trials that many of them offer to see what works best for you.
Also, realize that many companies will require your imported subscribers to re-optin to your list, so there’s a good chance you may lose some of your list in the process if they don’t re-subscribe.

Give Vertical Response or Constant Contact a look. Both provide decent services, a range of basic features and preform surprisingly well on deliverability, list management and analytics.
