I am looking into a web page (screenshot) commenting solution. For example if I am the author and I pass to a developer he/she would highlight item and add a comment. Perhaps two other people add comments too. When I I view the file I what items have been commented on showing me the count also. I can select each comment and I will be able to respond to any comments. The history of this threaded convention can be viewed by any new or existing persons. The commenting feature has the ability to go back and fourth multiple times. I have a custom tool which was developed in house but does not allow the ability to reference the item which the comment is addressing. It is similar to MS Word.
Has anyone seen a tool similar to what I am describing.
