Drop Down Selection Disappears on Mobile

On this cart page, it seems the ‘Country’ list disappears only on mobile devices iPhone, Samsung, etc. On tablet and desktop it displays wonderfully.

Can anyone see a conflict anywhere that would cause this?

I don’t see a Country list anywhere, on desktop. Where is it supposed to be?

Add a product to the cart and then you will be forwarded to the checkout page.

I’ve managed to get the list back, but it seems that the background color on the dropdown cuts off. I now need to figure out how to get the background flow through the whole list. The backgrounds seems to cut off after ‘Antarctica’.
