Can you recommend me a free website builder cms platform that work in a similar way as the page builder plugins for wordpress? I need it to build a small 3-4 pages website but i am not a coder so i am looking for something that is easy to use. Also if it has a pre-made templates that can be used as a basis would be great.

I’m not sure if a forum for web developers is the best place to ask about drag-and-drop website builders. It’s a bit like asking an artist about painting by numbers…

You can use Mobirise Website Builder, for example.
It’s a free drag and drop web design software with some pre-designed templates.
I would look at the Elegant themes website in particular the Divi/Extra themes.
The Visual Builder is the closest to a WYSIWYG editor.
