Downloading jquery

Hi, has anyone had difficulty downloading jquery from http://jquery.com ?
When I use I.E. 9 i get a microsoft jscript runtime error saying that ‘window’ is undefined.
When I use firefox I get a few lines of code at the top of the screen.
Any help will be much appreciated.

It downloaded ok for me.

Yes. error code 800A1391 is all I am getting at the moment. but thanks for checking it out.
